It’s best to stay safe with God. These are online resources I find helpful for relief/healing when suffering through spiritual battles. These are only suggestions. I list a few resources because not everything resonates with everyone.
Just know that both online and offline, there are many good Catholics offering great spiritual formation and fellowship. It’s not good to fight spiritual battles alone, although sometimes we are left to.
Only a united church with the proper spiritual formation can stand against the evil in the world.

I’ve done further studies at their Avila Institute for Spiritual Formation.
I completed my Consecration to Mary with the Heralds on November 9, 2024 and again on April 26, 2025 (online).
Through praise and worship, give thanks to God. You want to be filled with the Holy Spirit so there’s no room for demons. See Psalms 118:1, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, and Matthew 12:43-45.
