Each saint is divinely inspired by God with a unique message, blessed as they lived in service to God. These are a few that have touched me in some way, with the list (in no particular order) ongoing as I discover more. I pray to them for strength and perseverance. I hope you find them helpful for your life too.
Padre Pio
A very powerful saint. Here, he gives a blessing. (I visited San Giovanni Rotondo in Foggia, Italy.)

St. Jude
The patron saint of lost causes, the impossible. (I have prayed at this very shrine over the years.)
Feast day: October 28th
St. Bonaventure
As a young boy, he was miraculously cured by St. Francis. Francis prophesied great things for him, and so called him, “O Buona ventura” – O good fortune!”
Feast day: July 15th
St. Maximilian Kolbe
He was a priest, born in Poland and was always known as “the Knight of the Immaculata”. He encouraged making the consecration to the Immaculate Virgin Mary. He was also a beyond brave martyr in Auschwitz in WWII.
Feast day: August 14th
St. Andrew, the Apostle
The brother of St. (Simon) Peter. (He came to my mind when I was getting intense dental work done. He helped me not be so afraid.)
Feast Day: November 30th
St. Francis of Assisi
He is the patron saint of animals. Many Catholic churches hold a blessing of the animals yearly on his feast day. (I have visited the Basilica of San Francesco d’Assisi in Italy.)
Feast day: October 4th
St. Charbel Makhlouf
A Maronite monk and priest known as the “Miracle Monk of Lebanon” for his intersession in miraculous healings. (I was given his oil to anoint myself. A while later I noticed a black blob in the bottle of oil. An expelled demon? Who knows for sure?)
